The one key thing you have to keep in mind when losing fat is to have your calorie outtake through exercise exceed your calorie intake or being in an energy deficit. That&#8217;s all there is to it. Then, it&#8217;s just a question of what&#8217;s the most efficient way of maintaining this energy deficit for as long as possible.</p>

<p>The reason why this is good for your abs is because your abs are needed to stabilize your core when squatting down. The tension just from this is way better than the type of tension you get from crunches or situps.</p>
<p>2. Vacuum Poses</p>
<p>This is probably the single best abs exercise you can do for losing inches off your waist fast and easy. What you do is suck in your belly button (not your upper belly area) and suck it in as much as possible. It&#8217;ll feel like it&#8217;s being sucked into your lower back.</p>
<p>Then hold that pose for as long as you can&#8230; at least 15-60 seconds. Rest and then repeat for a total of 5 minutes a day. Just to let you know, my clients average a 1.75 inch loss to their bellies within 1 month of just doing this exercise for 5 minutes a day.</p>
