Lower Belly Fat - How to Lose Lower Belly Fat With 10 Minutes Workout

Give it a try to this high activated cardiovascular routine which was created by Keli Roberts. It works great for losing lower belly fat.

You can burn fat up to 150 calories within 10 minutes a day by following this workout.

Begin to perform a Jump Rope for the first two minutes of burning routine. You can perform by jumping twice on every turn of the rope. Using the correct size rope and always keeping your feet landed softly by the ball (the upper part of the bottom of your foot) can make you safety. Always keep thinking I am losing lower belly fat all the time when performing entire workout routine during 10 minutes.

In minutes 2 to 3, you will need to perform Squat Thrust into a Push Up. To perform this exercise, you must stand with your feet shoulder width separated and your arms narrow down next to your sides. Gently crouch with your head onward and move your hands on the ground just outside of your feet. Your hands will need to be pointing ahead as easily. Then on each movement, drive your legs backwards and away behind you (into a push up position). Perform one rigorous pushup and then hop back into squat position and stand up.

In minutes 3 to 4, you should do Jump Rope, but just one jump for each turn of rope.

In minutes 4 to 5, you need to perform Back to the Squat Thrust and this time you will put the Side Plank only when you Push Up. After you complete them, you will need to raise and turn your left arm out of the floor and above your head. Your left foot will then rotate and place above of your right foot. And you will turn your neck as if you look up at a ceiling. Turn backward to the center position and repeat this exercise on other side. When completed, skip back to your squat position, stand up and begin again.

In minutes 5 to 6, you perform Jump Rope, the same one as minutes 3 to 4.

In minutes 6 and 7, you will need to return to Squat Thrust and Push Up. But this time you will add the Leg Lift. You will need to raise the toes up of one foot about twelve inches out of the floor just after you have completed your push up. Slowly drop your foot and do it again on the opposite side. When finished, skip back to your squat position, stand up and begin again.

In minutes 7 to 8, you perform Jump Rope, the same exercise as minutes 3 and 4.

In minutes 8 and 9, you will need to return to Squat Thrust and Push Up. But this time you will add the Mountain Climbers. Repeat all the things as in minutes 2 and 3. But for this time, when you finished push up, you need to swiftly jog in place of your push up position. Make sure you move your knees close to your chest for each turning. Perform 5 jogs then repeat this whole process.

In minutes 9 and 10, you have to perform Jump Rope, the same as the first two minutes. Keep thinking, if I do this exercise every single day, I will lose my lower belly fat successfully.

Recommend: Always using a soft padding (like a yoga mat for example) when doing an exercise will decrease a risk of any injury and save those knees joints for you.

This entire workout really works great when you perform correctly by following the instruction given in this article. Your lower belly fat will be gone and gradually become muscle instead in a matter of months.

It always seems that losing your belly fat is the hardest body part to lose weight but I'm going to tell you how you can do it fast. However, you must follow through or your time and mine will have been wasted. Now let's get started. Losing your belly is really a simple process but must be worked on every day to achieve success. If you want to lose belly fat, you can. With a careful diet and consistent moderate exercise, you can lose belly fat, and keep it off!

Don't get suckered into Fast Track diet programs. These programs, as scientific research shows, are only good while they last. Rapid weight loss often results ironically, to rapid weight gain. people who undergo low carbohydrate or low calorie diets normally revert back to old eating habits simply because human beings can not actually live on with this type of diet scheme for the rest of their lives.

The most common mistake people make when trying to lose belly fat is thinking that starving themselves will work. If you don't eat but exercise strenuously, you'll find yourself drained, hungry and still not losing weight. Another common strategy is to eat very little but fail to exercise. This approach won't lose that belly fat either.

The body doesn't operate that way. With inadequate food, your metabolism slows to compensate for the lack of food. So fat will be burned, but much less than with a combination of diet and exercise.

The secret to losing that fat is to reduce food portions, and get daily exercise. You can eat whatever you want, as long as it's nutritious and portions are smaller. Smaller portions allow you all the tastes you already enjoy, but because you're eating less, your body will be a fat burning machine without the awful side effects and dangers of starvation.

If you're going to consume 1500 calories per day, then a half-hour of belly exercise will be enough to slowly burn weight. If you want to ramp it up, then increase the amount of exercise as you see fit (pun intended). But 30 minutes of stomach exercises are usually hard enough for a person to do.

Why is this? Why does it seem harder to lose belly fat than anywhere else on your body? It's not that you aren't burning fat, it's just that the stomach naturally has more padding. Also, when people try to lose belly fat, they usually aren't making the most of their exercise program. They stop during sit ups, which begins to slow down the calorie buring process. Instead, when you exercise, go all the way through the routine, stopping only when absolutely necessary. Another very effective way to lose your belly fat is to do some twisting exercises. Standing with legs apart, twist the upper half of your body from side to side, with arms stretched out to the sides. Toe-touches are also a good exercise. These all promote a smaller waist and flatter tummy.

When you begin to exercise and diet, remember not to stop. Missing "just" one day will lead to missing "just" two days, and soon you're eating burger after burger while breaking that couch in a little more. After you lose fat, don't stop your exercise program. Now you're firm, so make sure you keep yourself that way!

Hey, the truth is no pain, no gain. If one wants a beautiful body, one must sweat it out. And as for those rapid weight loss products coming out on the market, if they are too good to be true, they probably are not.

Another reason why these foods works is because they are foods that help you feel fuller longer. A great nutrient to fill you up without a lot of extra calories is protein and fruits and vegetables also provide that fullness because they are good sources of fiber. Fat Cure - the Secret to Losing your Belly Fat

It always seems that losing your belly fat is the hardest body part to lose weight but I'm going to tell you how you can do it fast. However, you must follow through or your time and mine will have been wasted. Now let's get started. Losing your belly is really a simple process but must be worked on every day to achieve success. If you want to lose belly fat, you can. With a careful diet and consistent moderate exercise, you can lose belly fat, and keep it off!

Don't get suckered into Fast Track diet programs. These programs, as scientific research shows, are only good while they last. Rapid weight loss often results ironically, to rapid weight gain. people who undergo low carbohydrate or low calorie diets normally revert back to old eating habits simply because human beings can not actually live on with this type of diet scheme for the rest of their lives.

The most common mistake people make when trying to lose belly fat is thinking that starving themselves will work. If you don't eat but exercise strenuously, you'll find yourself drained, hungry and still not losing weight. Another common strategy is to eat very little but fail to exercise. This approach won't lose that belly fat either.

The body doesn't operate that way. With inadequate food, your metabolism slows to compensate for the lack of food. So fat will be burned, but much less than with a combination of diet and exercise.

The secret to losing that fat is to reduce food portions, and get daily exercise. You can eat whatever you want, as long as it's nutritious and portions are smaller. Smaller portions allow you all the tastes you already enjoy, but because you're eating less, your body will be a fat burning machine without the awful side effects and dangers of starvation.

If you're going to consume 1500 calories per day, then a half-hour of belly exercise will be enough to slowly burn weight. If you want to ramp it up, then increase the amount of exercise as you see fit (pun intended). But 30 minutes of stomach exercises are usually hard enough for a person to do.

Why is this? Why does it seem harder to lose belly fat than anywhere else on your body? It's not that you aren't burning fat, it's just that the stomach naturally has more padding. Also, when people try to lose belly fat, they usually aren't making the most of their exercise program. They stop during sit ups, which begins to slow down the calorie buring process. Instead, when you exercise, go all the way through the routine, stopping only when absolutely necessary. Another very effective way to lose your belly fat is to do some twisting exercises. Standing with legs apart, twist the upper half of your body from side to side, with arms stretched out to the sides. Toe-touches are also a good exercise. These all promote a smaller waist and flatter tummy.

When you begin to exercise and diet, remember not to stop. Missing "just" one day will lead to missing "just" two days, and soon you're eating burger after burger while breaking that couch in a little more. After you lose fat, don't stop your exercise program. Now you're firm, so make sure you keep yourself that way!

Hey, the truth is no pain, no gain. If one wants a beautiful body, one must sweat it out. And as for those rapid weight loss products coming out on the market, if they are too good to be true, they probably are not.

Calorie counting leads to frustration and failure because it is too time consuming and you won't ever reduce your stomach fat. All you do is end up wishing you could succeed.

Thankfully researchers have proven that there is a more efficient way to burn belly fat than calorie counting. This doesn't involve any special program or fancy method of determining calories. It involves choosing the proper foods at the proper times. If you eat the right nutrients at the right times you not only feel full on less calories, but you maximize your fat furning potential and reduce stomach fat at the same time.

Pennsylvania State University researchers divided up 71 obese women into two groups. Both ate a reduced fat diet, but one group ate predominately fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. These are foods that are high in water content. Six months later the group eating the fruits, vegetables and lean meats lost an extra 5 pounds more than then the other group.

The participants not only ate more food but they felt less hungry throughout the day. These water rich foods allow you to eat good size portions while still providing fewer calories so that you can reduce stomach fat. Eating foods such as lean meats also provide a high thermic effect which helps you burn belly fat faster than eating other foods. Another reason why these foods works is because they are foods that help you feel fuller longer. A great nutrient to fill you up without a lot of extra calories is protein and fruits and vegetables also provide that fullness because they are good sources of fiber. All keys to reducing stomach fat.

Provided are some examples of lean protein and water rich fruits and vegetables to help you burn belly fat.

To reduce stomach fat consistency is the key along with the proper fat burning foods. The foods listed above meet those guidelines to burn belly fat.

Do away with calorie counting forever and start enjoying life again. There is no need to diet to burn belly fat and quite frankly it doesn't work that well. If you eat the right foods and eat frequently not only will you not have to diet, but you will burn belly fat at a furious pace. No more trying to remember what you ate for breakfast or if you had a snack at 10am and how many calories it was.
