It is still bad practice, but at least you will have the best of the worst.</p>

Most people do not understand the effect that alcohol will leave on their bodies. Finally, you can use a hot bag over the affected area and secure this with a bandage. This combination of heat and massage cure will allow the injured area to heal up. Of course this will take time, and you must rest a lot.</p>
<p> While resting, it is sometimes impossible to give heat and massage therapy to your ripped calf muscle all the time. In between periods, you can also apply R.I.C.E. to make sure that swelling does not occur. However, the pulled calf muscle healing should be composed of more heat treatment methods than anything else.</p>
