<p>Summer time is here and I&#8217;m sure that most of us are stressing out because we don&#8217;t want to pull our swimsuits out from the closets from the previous year or years. I&#8217;m not saying to eat bacon and eggs every morning but have a bowl of fruit or a bowl of special K.</p>

I myself eat an apple or maybe a handful of almonds as a snack. Drink a full glass of water before and after your meals. Not only is it good for you but it keeps your stomach full. <p>Going to the gym regularly is more than a plus. Try and find a gym partner. Two people are better than one. That way you can motivate one another. My boyfriend and I go together. If I&#8217;m not in the mood then he pushes me to go anyways. And vice versa. I&#8217;m so glad we have each other to keep one another motivated. It makes all the difference. When planning your meals make sure to include lots of veggies and fruits. At dinner make sure to eat at least two cups of greens. That way your filling up on salad before your main course. With these tips you should be able to slim down fast and get into that swimsuit in no time.</p>

<h2>Ballet Inspired Slim Legs Exercise</h2>

<p>Like every other woman on the planet you would love to have super slim legs, so discovering the right exercises and routines to follow is important when attempting to keep those thighs, hips and legs slender and toned. There are some great exercises for you to get these results, and remember these will be different from regular leg workouts. This is because we don&#8217;t want bulky, manly legs. We are looking to achieve that slim, slender, movie star look, right?</p>
<p>Firstly we aren&#8217;t going to use any heavyweights in the gym. This slim legs exercise is done just with your own body weight, so it&#8217;s great to do at home or in the gym with no weights whatsoever. We avoid heavy weights because when you add major resistance, you will build big muscles. But when working out with just body weight you get calorie burning and muscle toning results.</p>
<p>This exercise is inspired by a move from the world of ballet dancing, its called a Pliet but we made it harder! Yes it has been turned into a very good exercise, so you don&#8217;t need a pink frilly dress, but if it&#8217;s good enough for the incredible legs of a ballerina, it&#8217;s good enough for you, right?</p>
<p>-Firstly stand with your legs quite wide apart, wider than your shoulder width. Point your feet out, with your left foot pointing to 10 o&#8217;clock and your right foot pointing to 2 o&#8217;clock.</p>
<p>-Now bend your knees and lower yourself into a low seating position. Stop when you&#8217;re thighs become parallel to the floor.</p>
<p>-Push right down through your spine and keep your weight firmly on your feet, preferably your heels.</p>
<p>-Once you&#8217;re thighs are parallel with the floor begin to raise yourself back up by straightening your legs and reach a standing position.</p>
<p>This is one repetition and you must aim to do somewhere between 30 and 60 repetitions very quickly. You will be going from a standing position to the seated pliet position and backup very rapidly. As you are doing a lot of repetitions, your legs will burn and you may only be able to manage one set of 30 to 60 repetitions. But over time the increase this to 3 sets. The</p>
<p>This can be a difficult exercise, but the results will be incredible. This slim legs exercise will give you beautiful, slender legs forever.</p>

<h2>Walking to Reduce Back Pain &#8211; Is this True?</h2>

<p><P>Have you ever thought about walking to reduce your back pain? It is probably the last thing to cross your mind. Sitting in a chair, or lying in bed may seem like the best things to do.</P><P>By having the proper form while walking you can reduce, and even eliminate, your lower back pain and strengthen the muscles of your lower back.</P><P>There are many studies that support this. The results of one study found that walking 15 minutes on the treadmill lower back pain was reduced significantly. A different research study shows that lower back pain was reduced up to 50% after walking for a solid half hour.</P><P>But why does walking reduce back pain? &#8211; Walking help tone and strengthen your leg muscles which have a direct affect on your lower back. Strengthening your leg muscles will work to strengthen the muscles of your lower back. And the more toned your lower muscles are, the better support they provides to your spinal area.</P><P>- Walking releases what are called endorphins and serotonins which are chemicals that make you feel better.</P><P>- Walking is a form of distraction as you aim to balance yourself and work your way around objects. Distraction will help keep your mind off of the pain, when you are lying down you tend to be focused on your back pain.</P><P>However, walking with good posture, and with the proper technique will help reduce your back pain. Here is how&#8230;</P><P>- Stand up straight, avoid leaning forward. Leaning forward can induce back pain.</P><P>- Keep your head up, keep your eyes looking forward, approximately 15-20 feet ahead of you.</P><P>- To help you look forward, keep your chin up, which means the chin is parallel to the ground.</P><P>- Keep your stomach tight.</P><P>- Your arms should form a right angle, and your hands should be curled and relaxed.</P><P>- When you start waking your motion should consist of your heel striking the ground first. Then your foot should roll from hell to toe, pushing off with your toes.</P><P>MBT shoes correct your gait and cause you to walk with the proper technique naturally.
